HERE IS A QUICK TEST TO EVALUATE THE HEATING AND COOLING COMFORT IN  YOUR HOME AND DETERMINE YOUR PRESENT NEEDS.

1.   Are your bills for the heating and cooling seasons too high?

2.   Are either of your units, either inside or outside, noisy?

3.   Is humidity a problem for you in the summer?  or 

      Is dry air a problem for you in the winter?

4.   Are there rooms in your house colder or hotter than others?

5.   Do you have problems with cooking odors that linger?

6.   Do you have pets in the house or do any family members suffer from allergies?

7.   Does your outdoor unit look like it has been through a lot of cold winters and hot summers?

8.   Does your system run continuously?

9.   Does your furnace run in short bursts, constantly turning on and off?

10.   Is your filter easy to maintain?

11.   Is your outside unit safe from curious little hands?

12.   Is your system currently covered by a warranty?
